AlphaTest Series
AlphaTest has built a reputation for producing some of the smallest probes in the industry, which enables our LOCATOR-I test fixture to achieve 0.25mm fine-pitch spacing.
Because of their small size, these probes exhibit good high frequency characteristics and cross-talk immunity. This is important when building fixtures for mix signal RF (analog) or fast/narrow pulse test applications.
